Metal Laser Sintered frameworks in Cobalt Chromium alloy offer a superior marginal fit and higher accuracy as compared to casted frameworks.
CZAR PFM Plus are CAD/CAM designed coping frameworks and precision milled from a solid block of Ni-Free Cobalt Chromium alloy.
The possibilities include Crown and Bridge on natural teeth, Cement Retained and Screw Retained implant restorations from a single tooth to multiple teetch to full arches.
The coping frameworks are expertly layered with the best porcelain layering materials, finished and glazed to give you a restoration that has accurate margins, fit, natural contours and look.
Stock abutments of various implant systems do not always meet the specific requirements in terms of shape, size, angulation, and emergence. In order to achieve the best possible result for the final restorations, it is on occasions necessary to custom design implant abutments.
Czar Custom Abutments are reverse engineered with the end result of the final restoration in mind.
The Custom abutments can be milled in full titanium or in Zirconia with a titanium connection base.
Ti Bar is an Hader Bar designed on CAD/CAM and precision milled in a 5-axis metal milling machine from a solid block of Titanium resulting in an accurately fitting, passive and biocompatible support for the Bar and Clip Denture.
CZAR Ti Hybrid is a CAD/CAM designed screw retained implant supported restoration. The framework is precision milled from a solid block of Titanium on a 5-axis milling machine which results in a passive fit without any undue stress on the implants.
The milled metal frame is designed on the basis of an approved teeth set up and subsequently acrylized using the premium Ivoclar teeth and Ivocap Injection Pink Acrylic.
It is recommended to record the transfer of implant positions with the Open Tray Impression technique using non-engaging open tray transfer copings.
It is highly recommended to take a trial of the CAD CAM Hybrid / PaMalo Prosthesis milled in PMMA to give an idea of the final tooth form, size, occlusion, before the milling in metal is done. Once the metal milling is done, no changes can be carried out.
It is recommended that transfer position of the implants be verified before milling the frame in metal using a Verification Jig.
The Jig is fabricated by splinting together the Open tray Impression posts on the model with pattern resin. The splinted assembly is then tried-in clinically. If the Jig seats passively, the accuracy of the master cast is verified. If the Jig does not fit passively, it is sectioned and reluted together in the mouth and a new Impression is made using the custom tray with the jig in place.
This verification is mandatory since the passiveness of the fit not only depends on the precision of the milling, but also on the accurate transfer of implant positions.
Screw retained hybrid CAD/CAM frameworks with individual/joint crowns cemented on the frame. This type of bridge is indicated for cases, which require the teeth and soft tissue restoration.
This technique combines the advantages of both cement-retained and screw-retained systems Implants can be easily accessed through unscrewing the metal framework.
Additionally, the fabricated crowns can be replaced or repaired without the need for unscrewing the framework.

Consists of
GALVANO-Telescope crowns
Fabrication of electroformed secondary crowns has revolutionised removable restorations in dental technology. It provides a simple, elegant technique for fabricating abrasion-resistant, accurately fitting and biocompatible secondary telescope crowns.
The Galvano electroforming technique electroforms directly onto the milled, polished primary crown without any transfer procedure.
The bonding force between the primary and secondary telescope is in a range of 6 - 10 N, the same as a physiological force.
Primary and secondary crowns with a film of saliva between them behave in the same way as the effect of placing two glass plates together with a little water between them. The plates can be slid against one another, but they cannot be pulled apart. This is only possible due to the excellent fit of electroformed secondary crowns.
Tertiary frameworks fabricated in Cobalt Chrome are luted to the Secondary galvano copings and the denture is Acrylised to complete the restoration
Patients report that the restoration is comfortable to wear because the restoration slides smoothly into its final position without any friction and is easily removed. Though it is a removable restoration, patients feel that they are wearing a fixed restoration once it is in situ.
The IPS Empress zircon Cosmopost and Cosmoingot for the Metal free core build-up down to the tip of the root.
Procera Zirconia, made of Yttria Stabilized Zirconium (YZ) has substantial advantages compared to other dental materials: mechanical resistance, biocompatibility and a fracture toughness two times greater than Alumina.
The Flexural Strength of Zirconia restorations range from 900 to 1400 MPa. Conventional precious metal ceramics restorations are at 800 MPa or less. Metal ceramics cannot compete with the esthetics of Procera Zirconia. It is capable of being placed anywhere in the mouth and can accommodate 3-4 unit bridges
Procera® (Alumina) is composed of a densely sintered high-purity aluminum oxide coping that is manufactured using CAD/CAM technology. The core has the ability to transmit light without being transparent. The secret behind Procera® is its unique combination of strength and beauty.
Extremely low fracture rates have been reported and the restorations serve for many years.
More and more patients are asking for restorations made of material not containing metal or other alloys. Procera® is made of a bio-compatible material (comparable to Titanium) which minimized the risk of allergic reactions.
Strength no longer has to be compromised to achieve extreme esthetics
