Czar |
CZAR is rooted on the use of the Dental Wings scanner, and the DWOS software for scanning of models and
restoration designing.
The frameworks are cut out of blocks of varied materials employing a 5 axis milling machine from Yenadent, a
company with unparallelled expertise in the art of milling.
The E max Ceram has given us superlative aesthetics results, and it shall be used by us to layer the structure.

The Scanner ![](../images/czar_scanner.jpg) |
This Scanner is a non-contact optical 3D scanning device. The system combines
proven laser triangulation to five axis of freedom, is very versatile and provides
accurate measurements even on a very large scanning volume (140mm x
140mm x 100mm). It is capable of scanning from single unit to full arch as well as
scanning occlusion employing check-bites.

The Software ![](../images/czar_software1.jpg)
![](../images/czar_software2.jpg) |
- The DWOS is a very user friendly and versatile software
allowing us great freedom in design.
- Pre-scanning allows a quick, low-resolution visualization
of the entire model in order to determine and select
workable area for precise scanning.
- Scanning of the individual dyes is performed for a more
precise scan of the abutments and margins.
- Automatic bridge connectors with a standard requirement
of 9 sq mm are adapted to the bridge, which can be
modified depending on the case in order to avoid breakage.
- A scan of the antagonist arch for occlusion function
(virtual articulation) can be done in order to obtain an
anatomical coping with high point reduction.
- A completed anatomical framework is then displayed
with a uniform 1.5 mm space all around required for the
right amount of porcelain application which helps
DWOS prevent porcelain chipping.

- Capable of working 24 hours all year long and equipped
with AC servo motors.
- Due to its heavy design it can cut through CoCr.

The Zirconia
|
- Zirconium oxide partially stabilized with yttrium is undisputedly the
substance displaying the highest flexural and tensile strength.
- Our material has bending strength values of over 1400 MPa and a
Vickers hardness of 1250.
- The material facilitates and enables the production of aesthetical,
high-quality dental prosthesis.

The Ceramic ![](../images/czar_ceramic.jpg) |
The lifelike, aesthetic appearance of the IPS e.max Ceram
layering ceramic will assuredly impress you. The unique
combination of translucency, brightness and opalescence
is responsible for the true-to-nature light scattering and a
balanced relationship between the brightness and chroma
of the restorations.
